What do people of this opinion done by Quinnipiac University?

It shows that 2 out of 3 people remember that the financial crisis happened when Bush was President and think that is the cause the recession, but about half of them think Obama could have done a better job at mitigating the effects, or at least not spent so much money trying. I have no idea what the people who blames Obama for the recession are thinking.
