Do I need any special legal doents to sell my duplex? Or do I just put up a for sale sign and thats that?

You have to go through a title company or attorney to sell your house. Of course there are legal doents. You can put up a for sale sign and sell it without a real estate agent but you want the papers professionally done to be sure everything is done legally.
