Will the "Legacy" of the Bush presidency be his abuse of security for political purposes?

No, but Iraq will be the anchor tied around his neck that drags his name down to the lowest levels of American history, especially since he ties his legacy to Iraq. The patriot act, warrant-less wiretaps won't help, his most secretive administration, the Katrina failure, his leaving the borders open while he fights his global war on terror and the huge deficits he leaves behind. I doubt very much history will be kind to President Bush.
