My magic jack call is disconnected exactly 15 minutes into the call?

the magic jack system was installed about three weeks ago but every call from either the usa or trinidad is disconnected at the end of fifteen minutes and the call has to be redialed. This occurs whether the call is to a land line or a cell phone.
