Does anybody need an outfit??? Girls or Boys?

23 female. I am going to a graduation party in the beginning of May. I think it is casual- nothing extremely fancy. I am light-skinned, blonde hair. I am short! 5'1". I am open to anything style-wise. I really need a fashion advisor though! Help! No price limit, and include accesories if you could- purse, shoes, jewelry. Thanks!
