If there is 100% chance that we can live in another planet,what will happen to the planet we live right now?

Scientists are found hungry in collecting details about the possibility of living in other planet.They also predict that there may b some existence of water in mars.Suppose if it is found that we can live there and if scientist can also invent a better space vehicle for the people to travel to that planet,then what will happen to our earth.Will everybody vacate our earth?
