Ok i was issued a no contact order from my childs father cause of a domestic dispute between i didnt ask for i?

ok i was issued a no contact order from my child's father cause of a domestic dispute between i didn't ask for it and he didn't ask for it the command just did it and said it doesn't have a end date that the date is when they see fit. i was then issued another No contact order for my boyfriend who is an e5 single i am an e4 single he is in another company. my chain is telling me it is for fraternization i cant find in the reg were i am doing something wrong i dont see why it was issued so i want to know can a no contact be indefinite and can they issue one without reason like that
