Me and my boyfriend of 2 years almost 3?

my names sabrina and i currently live in texas city texas im originally from houston and im 15 years old. my boyfriend of 2 and a half years is 19 and the legal age of becoming a adult is 18 in this state. my parents have know about us going out for a year and a half now and march 31st they contacted the police because they caught me and my boyfriend together. they pressed charges on him and are charging him with stagitory . they wont let me know anything about what has been going on. and i cant have any contact with my boyfriend.. my questions for you are will he always have that hes a child milestor on his record? if not always then for how long? is there anyway me and him can move around the fact that hes older? can we get married? and is there any way i can get the charges droped if i agreed to have with him. i mean its killing both of us having to go through this and my parents have messed up his life already.. i dont ever want to leave him but now i have lots of presure on me because now my focus is on going to school alot more then i wanted and having to suport a family if i deside to spend my life with him... i really hope u can help and answer these questions i have. please and thank you
