Moms, what would you do? twin birth options... combined l and section or complete section??

im 32 weeks with fraternal twins. this is my third pregnancy, 2 l births. the first twin is head down and the second is breech with little chance of turning at this stage. i was talking to the doc about my birth options and told her i was keen for a l birth. the thought of recovery from a c section terrifies me, i have been so immobile and in pain for months with the pregnancy ive had enough of it all. she said that twin A could safely be born lly but if twin B cannot be turned they will still try to deliver it lly. an epidural will be available to me which i am delighted with. if there are complications with twin B i will need to be sectioned. this would mean a l birth and then a section, which sounds hideous to me. should i take the risk, or just go for a complete section?? my instincts are telling me to stick to my plan..
