Facebook loads but with errors on page, cannot respond to messages, post anything on walls, how to fix it?

I can sign in to Facebook and can click on stuff and look around but cannot post anything. I updated Internet Explorer, I disabled scrip debugging, I updated Java. None of which has worked. I didn't do anything before this started happening, it just started all of a sudden yesterday when I signed-in.
