A day after working out, arms are heavy and hurt?

well no pain no gain. well try this. one day work out with your arms. then the next day. work out with you legs. ,then you stomach. and just keep rotating . and try not to lift so much with your arms. and do just do more reps. i use to work out every other day, to let my body heal well bye.
