Is it permissible to work for a 'Stock Broking' firm according to Shari'ah?

Wa alaikum salam In line with sharia law thre shares are treated just like goods We are allowed to work for a Stock broker firm if the firm buy and sell only shares of companies which are producing and trading halal products For example i a beer campany's shares are haram
