How fast is my ankle supposed to heal?????

I rolled my ankle really bad a week ago playing b-ball and the swelling has not gone away and theres a sharp pain between my ankle and achilles, it also has swellen on top of the foot and it has turned purple just above the soul of my foot. I have poor movement of my foot....I just dont what to do anymore....
