Atheists, is this good evidence of evolution?

It is the same as the people who live above Cusco, Peru. They have developed larger lungs and better oxygen transfer and are well adapted to the cold. Again it is an adaptation, but if they were to remain separated for a million years or so then they may develop speciation.
