I posted this the other day, but apparently nobody understood what I meant. My house is currently listed for sale by a realtor. We already had an offer on it that Fannie approved, but the buyer bailed the day before closing. Instead of selling it, can I auction it with a local auctioneer and will Fannie pay the auction fee vs. having to pay the realtor fee if I'd sell it via short sale? Wondered if fannie paid auction fees instead of realtor fees? tx.
