Human Resources Drug testing?
Yes , I believe his suspicions are very reasonable. James needs to contact his superiors, at corporate , or what every it is called, & see what they would suggest he do so he does not over step, They may have a policy in place where an individual can be given a random drug test, If not, then he at least can be advised how to address the situation. It is possible the company may want to take disciplinary action for the excess absenteeism, & his failure to meet the companies security standards. Yes I think security personnel should be required to take random tests, due to the seriousness, & nature of their job. Even Walmart requires a test before hiring their employees,& periodic random testing.*
